March 14, 2022 Update:

I have been monitoring my sodium intake since I was diagnosed with high blood pressure in my early-30s. The salt content in the cookbook is conservative. Try a recipe and adjust the salt content to you taste. I often adjust the salt content based on other ingredients that contribute sodium to a dish. For example, if adding cured meats to beans, I reduce the amount of salt added. The cured meats will release sodium into the bean broth as it simmers in the pot.

The cookbook was published on Amazon! Eagerly awaiting my author copy to do a final edit check. I want to see the final result with my own eyes before officially launching the book!
